We are looking for a property technician/operations technician with 1-2 years of experience.
You are a practical problem solver with broad technical skills and a strong sense of service.
Tasks include: Receiving and addressing fault reports.
Collaborating with external suppliers and contractors.
Supervision and basic maintenance of technical installations, customer contact, computer skills, personal responsibility, social competence.
Proficiency in the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
Driver's license B required.
